Freedom from Anxiety with PSYCH-K®
"Anxiety takes its origins from the individual's childhood experiences. These experiences include the child's relationships with adults, such as parents, teachers, and peers. Anxiety develops with the presence of anxious people around the child. Since it is a contagious feeling, the looks, tone of voice, and general atmosphere of a nervous and anxious mother affect the child. As a result of the anxiety passed on from the mother, the child starts to feel anxiety about some other people and situations around him by establishing new connections in his mind and learning to stay away from them (Geçtan, 2019).
Based on the definition of anxiety above, the feeling of anxiety is a challenging and overwhelming experience that affects various aspects of our lives, such as mental, social, career, relationships, and quality of life.
Childhood experiences and innate survival instincts continue into adulthood. These experiences can lead to the development of fear-based behavior and belief patterns that cause anxiety.
Our subconscious develops patterns of behavior and beliefs based on fear to ensure our safety and well-being. If left unaddressed, these patterns continue into adulthood and contribute to anxiety. It is essential to address anxiety and transform restrictive subconscious belief patterns as you transition from childhood survival instincts to adulthood.
"The only way for a person to get rid of his worries is to take responsibility for his existence. This responsibility also includes getting the support and help of other people when necessary" (Geçtan, 2019).
The PSYCH-K® method offers a way to create new adult belief patterns that strengthen our inner resources for survival and transforming anxiety. With this method, we can take responsibility for our existence and take a step to get help from others.
To give an example of new subconscious beliefs in which old belief patterns can be integrated with the PSYCH-K® method;
